Theme

S'more's theme is: lighter.

Guidelines

• Teams: You can work on a team! The max team size is three.
• Allowed Game Types: Different from the guidelines for in-person events, games must either be playable on web or able to run with no setup on up-to-date Windows 10/11. This means (working) .exe files are allowed, but not .py.
• Content Guidelines: NSFW content, hateful content or (overly) graphic content are not allowed.
• Assets & AI: Pre-made asset packs or AI-generated assets (art, music, etc) are not barred, but heavily discouraged! As a general rule, no more than 30% of your code should be AI.
• Age: To participate in Campfire S'more, you must be 18 or under by the start of the event.
• This event is double-dippable, in that the hours you spend coding can be used to qualify for Campfire Flagship. Prizes do not change this. 

Prizes

Everyone who ships a game during Campfire S'more will receive an e-certificate and physical Campfire stickers!

Judging: A panel will select a variety of winners across multiple categories, such as Most Atmospheric, Most Creative, Best Story, and Most Addictive. Category winners can choose between:

• A custom Campfire S’more shirt shipped to you and extra stickers.
• A $25 Steam grant (for buying games or Steam licensing fees).

In addition, all hours spent working on Campfire S'more games can be counted towards qualifying for Campfire Flagship: a game jam in LA where you can meet YouTubers and new friends.
