Is there a theme.

No there is no theme, The only thing you follow, is to make your game about a dream you had.

Rules.

1. No inappropriate games.
2. Making your game not about a dream you had, is not allowed.
3. No blood or gore is allowed.
4. No racist topics in your game.
5. You can't use AI for you project.
6. You have to start production on your project, at the start time.
7. And finally, submit your game before the end time.

How will I get rated

Looks - If they wanna rate the art style, vote here.

Feels - How much does the music or background, get you immersed.

Fun - Does your game get them playing through the whole game.

Atmosphere - Does this game make them feel like there in a dream.

Dream like - Is your game based on a dream they had, or someone else had.

Scenery - Is where they vote for your backgrounds

Can I make games not about my dream.

Kinda. You have to make a game based on your dream, but some stuff can make it so it's not. Like making it so that the setting, characters, music, or any other thing that is in your game could be in a dream setting. Like the player is in an infinite dream. if it follows the topic of dreams yes, you could.
