THE THEME IS...

Welcome to the second Official Skibble Jam 2020.2!

This is a game jam that is hosted by Skibble, and I am hoping that this jam will bring developers together and give them a tough challenge!

Now, without any further a do, here is all you will need to know about this jam!

Oh yea, and there is no discord server, so sorry, but we will use the community board instead!

If you are unaware, game jams are a fantastic challenge for all game devs, no matter what skill level! In game jams, you have a certain time limit for you to make a video game around a set theme! There are hundreds of game jams out there, such as this one, and they are all really fun and just a real challenge for you! What's even better is that you can team up with other people and work together to make an amazing game! But if you're going solo, just warn all of your roommates or parents that you won't be sleeping and need food delivery service 24/7.

Your game will be judged out of 5 categories, so there is a chance that you could get in one or maybe even more categories! All you need to do is try and make the best game out of these categories:

• Game Design
• Audio
• Fun
• Theme
• Innovation / Originality

During the rating period, everybody will be able to vote on the submitted games in each category.

You will not need to require a certain number of ratings to be eligible for winning, so anybody can win!

When the rating period is over, you will be able to see all of the submitted games and how well they did. If you win, your username will be displayed at the top of the jam page, and on the credits screen of my upcoming game! To the people that don't win, don't be disheartened that you lost, because you just learnt a butt ton of new knowledge on programming! So in some ways... EVERYBODY IS A WINNER!

There aren't many rules, but you still need to follow the rules here so your game can be enjoyed by everybody!

• No NSFW games. We want the games to be accessible to everybody!
• For this jam, you will not be able to use any assets from anywhere, not even past projects. Everything must be made from scratch!
• Try to watch as few tutorials as possible for max originality! We want you to use your own knowledge!
• Please oh please don't be mean to others in the comments. It really ruins everything!
• Any game engine will be allowed. Even scratch!
