Try and make a good game that involves managing resources. Not a base builder or village builder type game. But a tycoon. Run a shop in first person and try to manage all your goods and eventually hire employees, expand the shop, or even add more locations. They can range from medieval shops, to blacksmith shops, coffee shops, bakery's and the sorts of things like that.
