She Jams 2024: Global Game Jam for Women in Gaming

Welcome to the She Jams 2024 Itch.io submission page!
We are thrilled to have you participate in this year's event.

Below you will find important information about the submission process and the rules you need to follow.

She Jams is a 10-days long global game jam exclusively for women in gaming hosted by GCON with our official partner NEOM.
The event is primarily virtual, offering participants the flexibility to collaborate online while also providing on-site locations for in-person teamwork.
This year, we have on-site locations in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Khobar, Jeddah, Hai’l) Finland, Pakistan, UAE, Kuwait, Philippines, and the US.
Our goal is to empower women in the gaming industry and create a supportive community for creativity and innovation.

Submission Deadline: 7 PM September 17 (KSA Time)

🔹 Important Notes:

Individual Registration: All participants must individually register on the She Jams website. The team registration form does not register individual team members for the competition. Register here: https://www.gconevents.com/she-jams-2024

Participation Rules: Please ensure you review and comply with all participation rules and requirements, which can be found here: https://www.gconevents.com/she-jams-2024.
Failure to follow these rules will result in disqualification.

Game Compatibility: All games submitted to itch.io must be built for and run on PC.
If a game does not work or run properly, it will not be judged.

Support Session: Our mentors will provide a support session to showcase how to build and upload your game for PC on itch.io.
