The theme will be decided by a spin of a wheel when the Jam starts. Join the vc in the pygame comp server then to find out what it is.
The possible themes are:
- Snow
- Sci-Fi
- Rewind
- Space (not Invaders)
- Deja Vu
- Ruins
- Planets
- Night Is Coming
- Unconventional Weapon
- Escape

- No NSFW content.
- All games must be made using pygame however other python libraries are allowed, just make sure you make the players aware they need to be installed.
- All graphic assets must be created by the maker while assets like audio and fonts can be downloaded from the Internet.
- You must submit your game before the voting period begins 1 week after the Jam starts.
After the game jam end, a 24 hour rating period starts where you can download and play each others games. You will be prompted to rate other's games out of 5 starts in 6 categories:
- Fun
- Audio
- Graphics
- Controls
- Theme Accuracy
- Innovation
