This jam was created so that I can finish a project of any kind, and so that you can do the same. Just make anything that you feel like making, and don't feel too pressured to submit it right away. Although, I hope that everyone who joins this jam does submit something (including myself).  

To clarify, like the jam name suggests this is a Halloween  themed jam, so make something scary. Also there isn't a specific medium you have to use, just make anything you want!
