The theme is:

Hey guys, Rorius here!

I know it's late notice, but I'm hosting our next game jam real soon! This is the third official game jam being hosted by me for the Rorius YouTube channel!
The theme was revealed during a live stream on the channel at the start of the jam!

Main details:
- Theme: The End is Noel!
- Length: 1 week
- Start Date: December 10th at 8am NZDT
- End Date: December 17th at 8am NZDT
(8am NZDT is the usual stream start time on the channel)

Rating Criteria:
- Gameplay Mechanics: How interesting/innovative are the game's mechanics?
- Artistic Style: How cool does the game look?
- Sound Design: How cool/interesting/good does the game sound when playing?
- Theme Relevancy: How well does the game interpret the theme of the game jam?
    - Christmas-ness: How well is Christmas incorporated into the game?
- Fun: How fun is the game?

The prices:
1st Place Prize: 100 NZD Steam gift card
2nd Place Prize: 40 NZD Steam gift card
3rd Place Prize: 10 NZD Steam gift card
(All prize options will have to be split or otherwise negotiated for teams)

- You can participate solo or in teams* (max 4 people)
- You may use any game engine you wish, so long as you provide an easy to run method of launching the game.
- No NSFW entries.
- You MUST NOT use pre-made assets (Fonts are the only exception, but must be free to use or public domain)
    - Assets/Tools used for improving workflow are also fine.
- No use of AI for generating any aspect of the game.

The whole point of participating in game jams is to learn and develop your skills, don't try and find ways to exploit gaps in the rules to avoid actually making your game.
