How to Join the Event

We recommend following these steps:

• Join our Roblox Group to participate in the event (Required).
• Complete the Google Form to be selected for the event (Required).
• Join our Discord Server for event updates and community communication (Recommended).

Event Overview

Timeline: The jam will last for 3 weeks. Each week, new participants will be added in waves to keep the project organized and gradually introduce new ideas.

• Wave 1: The first 7 participants set the game’s lore and theme.
• Wave 2: An additional 7 members join, aligning with established lore and building on initial progress.
• Wave 3: The final 6 members join, focusing on completing and polishing the game for release.

Participants are expected to adhere to the lore set by the first wave, encouraging cohesion while allowing for creativity within the framework.

Participant Selection & Requirements

• Selection Process: Interested participants should sign up on itch.io, join the Roblox group, and fill out the provided Google form. We will randomly select and roll participants in waves, ensuring a fair and organized entry process.
• Requirements: Basic knowledge of Roblox Studio is required. All skill levels are welcome as long as participants are willing to collaborate and adhere to event guidelines.

Rules & Guidelines

• Submissions must comply with Roblox TOS. Any NSFW or offensive content is grounds for disqualification.
• Scripts and models should be created with compatibility in mind to avoid conflicts with other assets. Violating this may lead to disqualification.
• Lore Adherence: Creativity is encouraged, but all work must respect the lore established by the first wave of participants.
• Disqualification: If a member is disqualified, a second roll will be conducted to select another participant to join the event and maintain the flow of contributions.

Content Creation & Documentation

• YouTube Video: We’ll produce a video summarizing the project’s development journey, highlighting participant contributions, and showcasing the final game.
• Short Clips: If feasible, shorter clips will be posted to provide regular updates, giving an inside look at the project and encouraging broader engagement.
