Yeah, just make a game without a game engine*, in a week.

you can make anything, in any language.(scratch IS a language, and i do check for stolen code)

even console games are allowed, as long as its a game, anything goes.

*things like opengl or console rendering libraries are allowed, since those are graphics libraries not game engines.
