Welcome to the Ramadan Game Jam 2024!

Test your skills during this holy month with this game jam! Submissions are open until the end of the Spring Vacation.

Whether you're a seasoned developer or a complete beginner, this jam is open for everyone!

All participants will be awarded with certificates!

Make sure you join the WhatsApp group to stay updated on everything.

Theme:

The More you have the Worse it is.

Rules:

• Submissions deadline is on April 14th at 11:59PM.
• Following the theme is optional, but highly encouraged!
• You are allowed to use any engine, assets, or code for your game.
• You may work solo or in teams.

Tips:

• Spend 10% of the time in coming up with the idea, and use the rest of the time to create the game.
• Always prioritize quality over quantity. Instead of making 10 levels, make 3 really well made levels.
• Remember to apply Game Juice principles!
• Don't be afraid to use Google or YouTube if you're not sure on how to implement something
• Everyone from the Game Dev club will be available to help you with anything. So don't be shy, ask us anything!
• Game Jams are also an opportunity to learn new things, so don't be afraid to try new things!
• You can also refer back to the google drive, a Game Development Handout and some short videos are in the works!
• And most importantly, have fun!
