Hey just played ur game and it was great for the amount of time u had, also one thing u could do is tie the themes more to the core of the game! That would have made it much better anyways the game looks and feels awesome, great job

Holy crap, I can't believe you did that game in such a short period of time. The hitboxes just needed to be better and it would have been an absolute legend of a game for a game jam. Good work on the visuals and sound, I look forward to seeing your future stuff!

Radial Menu:  Wasn't used in the most interesting way but the menu itself was fine

Theme:  It was very dark and you had a light, but aside from that you didn't do much with it. The game was entirely playable without engaging in any of the light part of the game, as the darkness was still bright enough to see, yet a bit annoing.

Originality: The premise was very simple, go and kill the enemies.

Fun: This one is complicated. There was feedback for some things happening and no feedback for other things. The controls felt a bit janky at times (perhaps the gravity value of keypresses was low?) Then there is the delay from attacking and the lack of feedback whether I did hit the enemy or not. Therefore I wasn't sure when to click for the sword to hit. This made me instead go and spam the fireball as often as I can. Everytime I opened the Inventory it would cast a fireball while the sword was still equipped. There is a lot of room for improvements, even just by fixing some of the issues and adding some more juice, but it was playable without being immeadietly boring. (+ I don't like hit delay in soulslike games so other people may have more fun so I chose 3 instead of 2 stars)

Sidenote: On ultrawide monitors the main menus have a bad scaling where some buttons are almost fully outside the screen.

The Light spell just ending without any warning or anything indicating it's about to end (flickering of the light?) didn't feel great.

I hope this large comment with things that didn't work out that well isn't discouraging, because it's not supposed to. Quite the opposite, I hope some of those things can help you find your way on slowly improving on these things making better and better games over time. I wish you the best of luck on your future game development
