Welcome to the PS1 Jam!

In this jam, developers from all over will have ten days to make a PS1 style game with some specified limitations. So dust off those old game discs and start developing!

THEME: Outlaw
IMPORTANT NOTICE, there seem to be more 3D animators and modelers here then there are developers. IF YOU ABSOLUTELY CANNOT FIND A TEAM BEFORE THE JAM STARTS, AND YOU ARE AN ANIMATOR, YOU MAY SUBMIT AN ANIMATION THAT FOLLOWS THE LIMITATIONS INSTEAD OF GAME. Please do not do this unless you just cannot find a developer to work with.

This Jam is just for fun and experience as there are no prizes at the moment, but you can certainly get a lot of plays!

MAKE SURE YOU READ THE RULES AND LOOK AT THE SUBMISSION PERIOD.
This sounds like a given, but we've had issues before.

• NO NSFW CONTENT WHATSOEVER - any NSFW content found in a game will result in an IMMEDIATE disqualification 
• NO SWEARS OR CUSSES - yes, the "S" word counts.
• Game resolution can be a maximum of 640 x 480.
• Texture resolution CANNOT be above 256 x 256 - Multiple textures on one model are allowed as long as each one has a resolution if 256px by 256px or below
• All Submissions must be either free or be playable in the browser.
• DO NOT RESUBMIT GAMES FROM OTHER JAMS - every game MUST be made entirely during the game jam period.
• Only use resources you have permission to use.
• Every game is recommended to be 3D, but is allowed to be 2D
• Don't worry, you can use ANY game engine!

RATING CRITERIA
You game will be rated based on the following criteria:

• How well it follows the theme
• How good it looks
• How fun it is
• How replayable it is
• How good it sounds
• How much it looks and feels like a PS1 game
• Overall game quality
