I've always loved to see prototypes of games and always wished to be a part of, or at least witness it being created. The reason this jam will be on for thirty years is because a lot of people are making games, and they all wish to see people playing them. I'm not sure if this jam will ever get popular, but I do know people are going to be looking back at this and thinking "It was fun while it lasted!"
