Welcome to Political Jam #1! Whether you want to make a fiery game that irritates thousands of politicians or a deep video game commentary on life, or even just rant and make games at the same time, this jam is for you. 

So, don't be afraid or panicked! You'll have a week to make a game about anything that's related to politics and political messages or grey, morally-conflicting takes! 

Whether it's...

- a criticism of capitalism

- an exposé on the surrendering of human rights

- that war is wrong

- or that Thanos was really right.

Go unhinged! We are, after all, getting political.

Need an extra challenge? Upon the game jam's start, two optional bonus themes will be released!

I made this so people can say what they want and also do what they want. Have fun!

Message. Is it political or 'deep' (lol)? Does the game do a good job of carrying its message?

Visuals. Self-explanatory. Same with creativity, controls, and audio.

No late submissions. Unfortunately, I'm a one-man team and can't handle it. So, try to submit an hour before start.

Games must be entirely new and started during the jam. Pre-made assets are acceptable to a certain extent.
