Welcome to the first edition of “Playtesting Jam! #1”, a Game Jam meant to bring closer Developers and Players!
Are you developing a new RPG system? A different and innovative mechanic for a platformer? A card game? Whatever it is, as long as it is playable and free, you can submit!
The main idea is to foster a creative and supportive community that thrives on helping each other test their concepts in a collaborative and positive way.
You are welcome to join either just for playing the ideas that are submitted as well as for submitting your own. Be sure to play and provide the feedback in a positive and constructive way to as many games as you can that are joining the event. The best way to create and develop a community, is taking part in it.

FAQ -
Do I need to develop the game during the Jam period?
No! If you already have something ready and wants to test, or increase the amount of tests you have already been conducting, you can.
Does it need to be a new idea, or can I test a new mechanic/concept to a game I have already lauched/published?
Yes, you can test an update or upgrade on a game you already have, as long as you respect the other rules.
I have an idea, but don’t know how to implement it. Can I submit only the idea?
No, the main goal is to focus on playable experiences for people to help you evaluate the concept you are working on. However, as long as you are comfortable with it, you may disclose your idea in any of the Jam channels, being it the discord or the community session here at itch to recruit the help either to implement or to guide you on how to build your idea for this or any upcoming event.
Can I submit more than one game for playtesting?
Yes, as long as you respect all of the other rules.
