APRIL 18th...THE FINAL DAY

FOR FOLKS INTERESTED IN DOING A LIVE PRESENTATION OF THEIR GAME, TALKING ABOUT PROCESS, AND MEETING THE OTHER DEVS, THE LINK FOR OUR PRESENTATION ZOOM IS IN THE DISCORD. IT'S PASSWORD PROTECTED, AND YOU HAVE TO BE IN THE DISCORD TO JOIN, SO HEAD THERE AND GET THE NEWS. SEE YOU AT 4PM CST US!!!

Like the rains of Spring itself, Ostara returns to bring the joy of jamming in Omaha to another season. RHO Interactive, UNO's Creative Production Lab, and the Omaha Game Developer's association are back with a renewed focus on artistic expression, growth, and joy even as we are locked inside our garden walls. Last year's event was planned in-person, but forced online thanks to a late hard freeze of the pandemic. This time around we're 100% online, with more time to plan, build, and finalize your game project before harvest.

THEME

Saturday, April 10th, the theme will go live via youtube video. Announcements will blossom here and on the event discord. You'll have until 5pm Central Standard Time (US) on Sunday April 18th to submit on itch.io, with live presentations on recorded on zoom starting at 4pm CST.

RULES

• Any and all kinds of games are allowed, so long as the capacity for others to play can be distributed online.
• The original idea for the game and bulk of production must be generated during the jam itself.
• Asset packs are cool if you've got the license/clearance to use it normally.
• Solo and full dev team development is a-okay.
• Content and interactions are subject to the inclusivity policy of our umbrella organization Insert Game {Here}
