FAQ

Q: How will winners be paid out?

A: More than likely through PayPal or another online service. Can change depending on your situation.

Q: Can I use pre-made assets? (3D, Free Models, Sounds, Textures, Music, Etc)

A: Yes, you can use faces or other Roblox catalog accessories. You can use music offered from the sound library from Roblox, but avoid using any copyrighted music. Be sure to include a mute music button if you choose to include music. Textures, skyboxes, and open-sourced modules are okay to use for this challenge.

Q: If I outsource work (e.g. have music composed, a UI designer, etc) do they count as my team?

A: Yes, anyone who works on your project should be considered a team member, even if it’s just a commission.

Q: What does “Modifications of games are not allowed" mean?

A: This means you CANNOT use an existing or open-sourced game, edit it, and then use it as your submission to this game jam. Everything has to have either been started October 1st or after.
