The jam name is reference to r/OneTrueGod subreddit about Nicolas Cage memes. I got the idea when I caw N-Gage jam and was very disappointed it wasn't what I expected :'D

You can make any game you want, including commercial title(see further). 

Main rules:

• inspired by Nicolas Cage or his movies
• have a free demo for itch.io users
  
• you can continue old title or include finished game, if it has references to NC
• as many games as you want
• there is enough time to do something that looks complete. Think Early Access game, not a prototype with placeholders. For example 1 chapter of a game divided by chapters (Resident Evil Revelations, Life is Strange etc), or a game where main playing mode mode is playable, but "raid mode" can be added later or only playable in commercial version (see commercial game rules).
• no offensive content to Nic or stuff that would make your game banned in majority of countries
• include trigger warning and game rating, if your game is not suitable for all ages.

Commercial game rules:

• have a free demo for itch.io users
• follow commercial use terms related to NC and his movies. (research on your own)
• if the game is inspired by NC and his movies, but it isn't obvious, clarify what references are in the game
• can be a game that has references, but not necessarily inspired in its overall idea. In that case, the reference should be playable part of the free demo

P.S. Dead By Daylight has Nicolas Cage as a playable character. Let's overthrow them in the google search.
