Welcome to the One-Page Weekender Jam. This tabletop game jam is a spin-off from the ENNIE award-winning One-Page RPG Jam. In this jam, participants have just one weekend to  a create a TTRPG that fits on a single side of paper and fits the theme of the jam.

THEME

The theme of the jam will be announced at the start of the jam (or shortly before it). This theme is not optional; all entries must follow the theme in one way or another.

RULES

Below are the core rules of the jam. More details coming soon in the Jam F.A.Q and the Generative AI F.A.Q.

  1. Submissions must be a fully playable RPG system on a single side of A4 or Letter paper. (No 'back pages'.)
  2. Submissions must be made during the jam period specifically for the jam. No old games reposted.
  3. Hacks of other systems are fine (Laser and Feelings, and Honey Heist are popular examples) but be sure to credit where necessary.
  4. One submission per participant or team.
  5. All submissions must fit the theme, which is announced when the jam begins.
  6. Games can be released as free, PWYW, or with a price tag. If you're charging for the game, please send me a copy so I can review for content which breaks the rules, and consider adding community copies.
  7. Label explicit or graphic content. Consider using or referencing safety tools, such as the X card.
  8. Generative AI tools may not be used to create any images, elements of images, or text used in a submission or a submission’s Itch.io project page, except for limited modifications to a translation from another language.
  9. No hate speech or bigotry. Nothing that breaks itch.io ToS or local law. Be cool.

COMMUNITY

Join the One-Page RPG Jam Discord server and come together to discuss your ideas, collaborate on submissions, and find out more about the One-Page RPG Jam community. The server is open to everyone interested in TTRPGs in general and one-page RPGs specifically, even if you're not sure you'll be submitting to the jam.
