We invite you to join the No Internet game jam!

The for this challenge is very simple. You need to make a game in 3 days without using the internet. Here are the rules you need to follow:

1. You actually are allowed to be connected to the internet, but it is recommended that you have it disconnected.
2.  You are not allowed to use online assets, AI-generated code (not even AI-assisted code), or ask people for help online. Everything you have must be your own.
3. You are not allowed to tell anyone about your game until it is finished.
4. You may not reuse assets from previous games. Ensure that you have the necessary tools prepared for the game jam to create your assets. All material must be created DURING the game jam.
5. You can submit a broken game, as long as the game is finished by the time you send it. This is not the time to be a perfectionist.
6. Since no internet is allowed, you are not allowed to work with a team, including with people you know in real life.
7. You don't actually have to follow the rules if you don't want to, as we have no way of checking whether you followed them or not... but this jam is about challenging yourself, improving your skills, and showing something that you can be proud of.

In other words, make a game as if your internet is unplugged.

Ownership policy:

• The games you publish are 100% yours, and I take no ownership. Feel free to expand and profit from your creations.
• Feel free to reuse materials from the jam for other projects.
• You don't need to credit this jam for your work if you were to expand upon it.

If you complete this jam with these rules followed, you can proudly say that you are in fact a competent game developer.

Accepted engines:

• Professional, commercial engines (Unity, Godot, Unreal Engine, etc.)
• Text-editor based tools (like Visual Studio Code)
• Websites (like Scratch and similar)

The ranking will take place on Discord and YouTube, and a winner will be decided. Votes will be determined by my audience on YouTube, me myself, and our Discord server.

Note on the creative work:

• You may choose a theme for the work.
• If I think the work is too difficult for me, I will reject it, and you will be advised to give me another prompt.
• I will try to get the work done within 3 days, and if it takes longer, I will instead offer you early access to all my work for the next 3 months.
