Welcome to the first ever NDQA Game Jam! This Jam is open to any current or former NDQA members.

This will be a 48-hour jam, taking place between Friday, August 6 at 7 PM to Sunday, August 8 at 7 PM. After submissions are closed, ratings will be open for anyone who submitted or contributed a game for the next week. During this time, a group of independent judges will also play and rate the games. Winners will be announced Sunday, August 15 at 7 PM!

RULES:

• Must be current or former NDQA member to contribute
• No using company equipment! Only personal devices and software may be used. 
• No jamming during work hours. Luckily, we should be able to avoid this with the weekend time. 
• Submissions must be made during the allotted jam time (no submitting old projects)
• Final submissions must be an .exe application. In-browser upload is not required but also allowed. 
• Free internet assets are OK to use!
• Have fun, yo. 

THEME:
The theme of the jam will be announced on Friday, August 6 at 7 PM as the jam begins. Final submissions will be rated based on how well the game incorporates the announced theme. 

TEAMS:
Teams will be organized by the Jam organizers. If you have not done so, please fill out the sign up sheet here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/6T5L7HP . We will try to balance every team so that as many disciplines as possible are covered. Teams will vary in size between 3-6. If you have specific requests regarding your team, please reach out!
