Team Polygon Sandwich (anacierdem, Dc.all) have decided for the donation to go to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, a charity dedicated to finding a cure for Parkinson's disease. It concentrates on funding research and ensuring the development of improved therapies for people with Parkinson's.

Welcome to the Summer N64brew Game Jam!

Compete against other players and teams to make an N64 game and help out a charity! The competition starts June 30th, and ends August 21st. The winner will be announced on August 30th (subject to delays), and will be given the choice of where the proceeds go to. We've currently got a starting pot of $100, subject to increase over time as users donate to the pot.

You can join by yourself, or join a team. If you've ever been interested in homebrew development or old consoles, now might be the best time to jump in! You don't even need to be a programmer, 2D or 3D artists, and musicians are needed as well.

I've never programmed for a game console before!

At N64brew, we provide tons of resources to get you started, as well as an active community with hundreds of members willing to answer questions and help you out.

I don't own a Nintendo64/flashcart. Can I still participate?

While we require submissions to run on real hardware, we provide a channel to allow you to ask people to test your ROM. It is recommended you do this often, emulators aren't always accurate.
