4. Any decomp that has null pre-made into it isnt allowed. Porky Powers decompile and other decompiles are fine

5. I know you are reading this in your mind you are not reading this out loud.

5.1. You can use gamebanana packages or tutorials. Make sure to NOT use any of Harry's tutorials. 

6. Adding null mode is optional

7. You can use code from your other ripoffs, but dont re-use too much code

8. You can team up with other people, but 5 people max
