  4. Develop your game based on the theme during the jam period.
  5. Submit your game before the deadline.


Rules and Guidelines -

Rules and Guidelines: Participants must adhere to the following rules

Team Composition: >>   The team must not exceed five people, and the team must include at least one student from the Faculty of ICT, Mahidol University [ICT/DST Program].

>> The team can have members from other faculty or universities but must include at least one student from the Faculty of ICT, Mahidol University [ICT/DST Program].

Staff Exclusion: >>   The team must not include any staff members. Inclusion of staff members will result in the submission being disregarded.

Tool and Engine Usage: >>   Participants are allowed to use any game engine or tools of their choice to develop their game.

Asset Creation: >>   Participants can create their own assets or utilize available assets provided by the activity committee, including those with a Creative Commons Zero license.

Code and Asset Reuse: >>   Participants are allowed to reuse their old assets or code from previous projects.

AI Tools: >>   The use of ChatGPT or other AI tools are allowed.

Judges' Final Judgement:

>> The judges' results are considered final. This means that the decisions made by the judges regarding game submissions, winners, and any related evaluations are not open to appeal or dispute.

Voter Final Judgement: >>   The popular vote results are considered final. The outcome of the outcome of the popular vote will be considered final and will determine the winner of the popular vote category. Participants should encourage fair and genuine voting among peers and participants.

Regulations Enforcement:

>> In case of any violations of the regulations and guidelines stated above, the staff committee reserves the right to disregard the submission of the game. This rule underscores the importance of adhering to the established rules and guidelines to maintain fairness and integrity throughout the game jam.
