📝 How to Participate

1. Register on Day 1 – All participants must register before the jam starts. Failure to do so will be considered a forfeit.

2. Attend the Ceremonies – Participation in both the Opening and Closing Ceremonies is mandatory.

3. Location Flexibility – You may work off-site, but must inform the committee in advance.

👥 Eligibility

• Open to all active university students in Malaysia.

• Committee members are not eligible to participate.

• Teams or solo developers are welcome!

📤 Submissions

• Deadline: 25 May 2025, 9:00 AM MYT

• Upload your game in a playable format on itch.io

• Provide a pitch deck to present to the judges.

• Games must be:

  • Created entirely during the jam

  • Original

  • Free from plagiarism or copyrighted materials without permission

• Assets (code, music, art) must be:

  • Created during the jam, or

  • Royalty-free and credited properly, or

  • Licensed for use

🚫 Code of Conduct

• Harassment or discrimination of any kind will result in immediate disqualification.

• Plagiarism, unauthorized use of copyrighted materials, or submitting previously made games will result in disqualification.

• Games containing offensive, illegal, NSFW, or inappropriate content for a general audience will be disqualified.

🏆 Judging

• Entries will be evaluated by a panel of appointed judges.

• All decisions made by the judges are final.

📢 Legal & Rights

• By submitting, you grant the organizers the right to showcase your game (with proper credit) for promotion, future events, and on social media.

• You retain full rights to your game.

• The organizers reserve the right to:

  • Disqualify entries that miss the deadline, break rules, or contain inappropriate content

  • Update the rules or cancel the jam in the event of unforeseen circumstances
