Welcome to the NSFW MiniCensor Jam!
An adult game jam whose main goal is to destroy other people’s fun.

The NSFW MiniCensor Jam exists solely to censor anyone who dares to enjoy the things they like. Happiness? Not here. In this totally friendly competition, NSFW themes must be IMPLICIT only, everything else must be censored in order to please the payment processors.

To be eligible for ranking, you must follow the main theme. Otherwise, we’ll censor your project without mercy.

We were going to add optional themes…
…but someone censored the list, so we have no idea what they were. Too bad! You're stuck with just the main theme.

Judging Criteria:

• Fun: This is a negative criteria. The more fun your game is, the more likely it’ll be banned from the jam.

• Horniness: Another negative criteria. Trying to make a horny game under heavy censorship? That sounds like hard work—so we’ll just ban the horniest one for you. You're welcome.

• Presentation: How well the game looks, sounds, and plays.

• Theme: How closely the game sticks to the theme. Stray just a little, and we’ll instantly disqualify you.

• Censorship: How high-quality is your censorship? Is there a nipple visible somewhere? Is anyone in the game talking about sex? Are characters blushing?! Beware.

Rarely Asked Questions:

• Are there any limitations on what engine can be used?
  Nope. Use whatever you like: Unreal, Godot, Unity, Ren'Py…

• Are pre-created and/or purchased assets allowed?
  Absolutely. If it makes your work easier, go for it.

• Is using AI (for textures, environments, inspiration, etc.) allowed?
  Yes, just make sure to credit any AI-generated content upon submission.

• Are nudity scenes allowed?
  Only if censored with black bars, steam, or tasteful pixelation.

• Are explicit sex scenes allowed?
  Only if it’s loving consensual sex between two people, with censored genitals and no violence whatsoeve, because that might psychologically harm the turtles in Antarctica.

• Is incest allowed?
  Only if it’s very distant adoptive family. Preferably aliens, but not too alien, wouldn’t want anything grotesque now, would we?

• Are monsters/furries allowed?
  How dare you ask such a vile thing. Be thankful we’re even letting you add girls with cat ears.

• Is having fun allowed?
  Absolutely not. Fun is strictly forbidden. Anyone caught laughing or intending to have fun will be censored and delisted.

• How should these games be played?
  With both hands on the keyboard, and with no impure intentions that might cause fictional harm to our nonexistent characters.

This jam is a satire, and as long as your game is suggestive but not explicit, there’s no reason for it to be flagged. We're not looking for real porn, but rather for clever censorship, creative implications, and playing with the limits.
