Welcome to the Mini Monster Jam! This jam is for creating supplements for your favorite ttrpg system that are focused on monsters!

Submissions open March 25th!

Submissions close April 8th!

Jam Guidelines:

  • Your submission must be a supplement (i.e. not an original game) to an existing ttrpg system (D&D, Dungeon World, Pathfinder, etc.)
  • Some examples of supplements include adventures, bestiaries, character options, and more
  • The supplements must focus on monsters, whatever that means to you
  • No hateful content (sexism, racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, etc.), but respectfully exploring or tackling these themes are acceptable
  • Feel free to work alone or collaborate with other creators

If you are creating a D&D 5E supplement, be sure to comply with the OGL. Sandy Pug Games posted a useful guide here: https://itch.io/t/420581/publishing-with-the-ogl-and-you
Similarly, Pathfinder and D&D 3.5 also use an OGL. This is a little different, but it works mostly the same. Other systems may have different legal requirements for creating supplements.

This jam is created and organized by https://zargogames.itch.io/. If you have any questions about the jam, please @ or DM me on Twitter @sorryjzargo or ask in the questions section on the community tab
