Mini jam is an open studio game jam for independent game developers.

(that means you can use any game engine you want!)

This jam's theme is Micro. Feel free to interpret  the theme however you want.

The limitation of Mini Jam 10th Edition is...

Use 2 colors per sprite

This means that any image you make in your game cannot use more than 2 colors, and the invisible color. You are only allowed to use Solid colors. Alpha channels are not allowed.
