The theme is:
- Very simplistic graphics (E.g. 2D, simple-to-no animations, simple sprites, simple colours, etc.),
- With unique/Innovative/Intriguing/Unusual game mechanics. (E.g. Gravity effects, interactions, movement, objectives, story, etc.)
- Preferably runnable on a Windows PC.
Other than that, make what you want!
