Submission Instructions for McGameJam2024

What to Include in Your Submission:

1. Team Number:
   • Begin your submission with your assigned team number. This is crucial for organizing entries and should be the very first piece of information you provide.
2. Team Name and Members:
   • Clearly state your team name followed by the names of all team members. This helps in recognizing your team's effort and collaboration.
3. Diversifiers:
   • List any relevant diversifiers present in your game. Diversifiers are optional challenges or themes that can add unique twists to your game and may influence judging. If you've incorporated any diversifiers into your game, please specify which ones.
4. Game Description:
   • Provide a short description of your game. This should include the core concept, gameplay mechanics, and what makes your game stand out. Keep it concise but informative, aiming for a maximum of 150 words.

Additional Notes:

• File Format: Ensure your game is uploaded in a format that is easily accessible for judges and participants. Preferred formats include .exe for Windows, .app for Mac, and playable web links for platform-independent access.
• Make sure to zip your submission into a .zip file, including all files needed for your submission to be playable.
• Supporting Media: While not mandatory, including screenshots, a short gameplay video, or promotional graphics can enhance the presentation of your submission.
• Contact Information: Optionally, you can include an email address or a social media contact for your team. This can be useful for participants interested in following your work or for us to contact you for post-jam opportunities.
