All participants are highly encouraged to submit their projects to both jams

11/17 6:00 PM - Kickoff/Theme Announcement and Project Support
12/5 11:59 PM - Final Day for Submissions
12/8 6:00 PM - Judging and Showcase
RULES:
- You may work alone or in a team of any size. Any contribution MUST be from club members.
- You may start a new project or continue working on a past project, so long as it fits the theme.
- Submissions will be provided in the form of a packaged, playable .exe build (windows compatible) OR web-playable build (chromium compatible) AND public GitHub Repository link. GitHub Repo should contain a README.txt file containing names and roles of all contributors, and links to all non-original assets used.
- Keep themes school appropriate - No excessive violence, gore, or NSFW/lewd/overly suggestive content. Additionally, games including offensive or prejudicial themes related to gender, sexual orientation, age, ability, appearance, ethnicity, national origin, citizenship, socioeconomic status, or religion will not be tolerated. Officers reserve the right to remove any content or submissions deemed to be in violation of this rule at their sole discretion.
- All assets/systems used must be developed by participants of the game jam, excluding free assets from Fab/Unity Store and the like WITH proper citation and credit given (see README.txt file requirements above.)
- The only AI tool allowed for development is the GitHub Copilot Extensions for Microsoft Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, JetBrains IDE's, etc. Any use of generative AI for visual images/assets will immediately disqualify the project from this jam.
- Submissions are uploaded under Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 Creative Commons license. By submitting a project, you consent for MCC GDC to use any submitted content for future advertising/promotional purposes. MCC GDC will not hold any copyright or royalties for submitted content.
