Welcome to Marist's October Game Jam hosted by Marist IGDA. No experience required! If youre new this is a great opportunity to jump into game development while theres other people to ask questions. If youre more experienced this is a great chance to work on something for your portfolio.

We will have a kick off meeting Friday night at 7pm in our discord (invite.gg/maristigda). Please note that all of Marist's rules involving social distancing must be followed. Therefore, if you work in a group please do not meet in person. While its not required to work in a group its highly recommended. If you dont have a group, dont worry. At the kick off meeting we will have a chance for people to get grouped up.

To facilitate the groups we will be adding extra rooms to our discord for people to use during the game jam. Sunday night we will have a time for people to show off their work.
