MARCH MAYHEM

Objective: Develop a game centered on high-energy, chaotic gameplay. Focus on unpredictable mechanics, sensory overload, or unconventional physics to maximize the "mayhem" factor.

STAY TUNED: This page will be updated immediately when the competition begins on March 1st. At that time, a Secret Theme will be revealed to add a unique twist and make this year's jam even more interesting!

Official Rules

  • Development Window: All core gameplay must be created between March 1st and March 31st.
  • Theme Adherence: Submissions must prioritize "Chaos" as the primary design pillar and incorporate the secret theme revealed at the start.
  • Assets: Use of third-party assets (art, music, libraries) is permitted provided you hold the necessary licenses. All external sources should be credited in the submission description.
  • Teams: Solo developers and teams of any size are permitted.
  • Platform: Games must be functional on Windows or Web (HTML5). Additional builds (Mac/Linux) are optional.
  • Code of Conduct: Submissions containing hateful, discriminatory, or NSFW content will be disqualified.
