Overview

The Jam will run from 19:00 BST on Monday, 8th April until 19:00 on Monday, the 15th April.

A gift? A point in time? The simple act of being somewhere? Let's see what you come up with!

Rules

Although the Jam will be running for a week, people will most likely be at work during the day (especially given the short notice), so the expected scope of the games wouldn't be any greater than your usual 48 hour Jam.

• You don't have to make a VIDEO game
  • itch.io has a very robust print ‘n’ play section, and I'd love to see some!
• This is not a competition!
  • Entries are not ranked, or judged in any way. This just for the fun of making games together!
• You can work alone, or in any team size, but smaller teams (ideally 2 - 4 people) are recommended, given the scope.
• The theme will be announced as the Jam launches at 19:00 on the 8th
• Projects must be submitted to itch.io (account required), and tagged with the Jam
  • As such it must follow itch.io’s Content Guidelines and Community Rules
  • This also means no copyrighted materials
• For digital games, there is no limit on engine, but remember that they will most likely be played on a very old, beat up laptop, or a 2014 mac mini
  • Ideally something browser based
• I’ll most likely be playing these at home, so please keep things family friendly
