This is a jam for devs who love weird ideas, clever twists, and, yep—you guessed it—puns. Whether you're working solo or with a team of fellow chaos-makers, this is your chance to build something fun, unexpected, or just plain ridiculous (in the best way).
You might ask "What do you mean by Pun?"
Well let me start. A pun is a joke that makes a play on words by using a word that has multiple meanings or two words that sound alike but have different meanings.
Example theme: “Ctrl Yourself”.
Games could be about chaotic controls, literal keyboard keys, or characters who can (or can’t) control the world around them.
Or you can make a game where the “Ctrl” key is actually part of the gameplay.
Main Theme: Deeper and Deeper!
Optional Theme: It's not a bug, it's a feature!
Anyone can participate! Work solo or in a team of any size. Just make sure to credit all team members in the game’s page or description. And also remember, the more you are, the harder it is to manage the team.
You can use any game engine. However, if you use Unreal Engine, you’ll get an extra point.
Early submissions: If you submit your game before the deadline, it will remain hidden until the submission period ends.
Late submissions: If you miss the deadline, you can still submit via Discord, sending your request to the admins. However, there’s a point penalty per minute late. After 5 hours, the penalty reaches its maximum points, making it very difficult to recover and you can no longer submit. This ensures fairness while still allowing late entries.
Your game must be free to play and either have a Windows executable or be playable in a web browser.
You may use legally owned assets, but don't forget to be original!
The game must use the Main theme (or be relevant in some ways) that will be revealed at the start of the Jam.
You must make the game in the submissions time. You can start brainstorming before that!
No NSFW content (nudity, hate speech, etc.).
If using gore, the game must be labeled correctly.
Avoid using copyrighted material unless you have the right to do so.
