The game can be as long as you want, i love short games and i doubt anyone will want to spend ages on this!

that opens up a lot of routes? hear me out, it could be a short story driven game i.e..

• Character could be in love with someone of the same sex who doesn't love them back
• Could be some raunchy 'oh i've never done this before' lesbian lover sort of thing
• Could be simply someone finding their true self and sexuality
• It could go back in time to when being Lesbian/Gay/Trans was a sin 

Or you could hit something humorous 

• You could be a lesbian that goes to a club and has to get as many girls to fall for her
• You could do something dating app related or do a dating sim 
• It could be something really stupid that makes no sense whatsoever, just go ape, use your imagination, does it really have to be about humans? i don't know i'm really tired as i'm writing this. 
• SHOOT THE LESBIANS, ATTACK OF THE LESBIANS, 
• now what would be a funny game is, you're  a straight person hiding from your gay lover who breaks into your house
