Theme

"What's the theme of the jam?" Horny.
"No like seriously, what's the theme of the jam?" Horny!

I don't like the idea of providing a theme because I want to see what people can come up with on their own!
Also "horny" can be whatever you want it to be!
Do you have some extremely obscure kink that probably isn't horny to anyone other than you? Great!
Do you just wanna make smut? Great!

Rules

Okay, I think I should lay out a few rules!

I will dish out a warning if you break these rules.

• During the voting period, you may push bug fixes, but please leave the original up so that people can rate your game according to what you made during the jam.
• Make sure to mark your game as NSFW!! Go to the Metadata tab and tick the checkbox next to "Has sensitive content". (Depending on the game's contents, it might not be necessary to label it as NSFW. I'll determine whether submissions need to be on a case-by-case basis.)

If you break one of the following rules, you will be immediately disqualified!

• NO MINORS!! You must be 18 or older to participate.
• I don't mind if you start a few days early, but don't submit something that you started months ago or finished before the jam.
• Don't spam your game into a bunch of game jams.
• Don't break Itch T.O.S.
• Don't enter games that have topics that are disgusting or immoral.

(Some people pointed out that the last rule there was too vague. When I say "disgusting" I mean filth and gore. When I say "immoral" I mean bestiality, pedophilia and discrimination of any group of people)

Voting

Yeah, you may have noticed the voting stuff in the rules. Everything's low-stakes and the only prizes amount to nothing more than bragging rights.

There are several categories that entries will be ranked on;

• Horniness! Does the game make you hot under the collar? Does the game at least subconsciously feel horny?
• Fun! Is the game actually fun to play, or is the horny stuff all it has going for it?
• Game Feel! Is the game juicy or does it feel like a stale piece of bread?
• Uniqueness! Is the game something new and interesting, or have you already played it dozens of times before?

All of these categories will be used to calculate an overall score! Focus on one or all of the above if you'd like!

As for the prize, I will be giving out Discord roles!
There's a role for each category and one for the dev whose submission gets the highest overall score!

Also, something to remember, make sure to export a build of your game that's compatible with Windows, Mac and Linux. It's not a steadfast rule, but if you don't, not everyone will be able to play your game, and therefore less people will be able to rate your game.

Also another thing to consider, only submitters and contributors can vote, so if your entry was made by a team, make sure to add the other members as contributors.

Game Engines

There are no restrictions on what engine you can use!
Unreal, Gamemaker, Godot, Clickteam Fusion, Construct, Twine, Bitsy, GB Studio, Ren'py, RPG Maker, Pico-8!
HELL, you could even make a horny mod for a game!

You can use anything you want or even your own hand-crafted engine if you're a masochist.
