What is a game jam?
A game jam is an event where participants try to develop a video game from scratch within the time allotted (1 week for this jam!). Game Jams generally follow a theme, which is revealed when the jam begins.
This jam is especially for beginners!
📜 Rules
- You must be a Lehigh student to enter
- Limit your team to up to 4 members
- You must finish the game within the allotted time
- All code must be created by you and your team during the jam (assets allowed)
- Submit your game with a README listing team members + Lehigh emails
- No NSFW

- Game Completeness☆ (most important one!)
- Theme Interpretation
- Fun Factor
- Creativity / Originality

The theme for this game jam is 'If it's broke, fix it!'
How do you incorporate this theme?
You may interpret the theme in any way you want! Here's a few questions you may ask yourself for brainstorming:
How can I interpret the word 'broke'? (Physically? Emotionally? Financially? Mechanically?)
How can I interpret the word 'fix'? (Repair? Solve? Innovate? Rig?)
What items/systems/things in life tend to be broken?
What games have I played where something is 'broke' or is 'fixed'?
Remember to start very small and prototype fast! The most important voting criteria is game completion, so we want to see a start and end (or a loop) to your game!
