Hello, everyone, and welcome to Leeble Jam 9!

You will have until the last day of November to create something based around a specific theme. This can be a game if you want, but it can also be something else: music, art, writing, etc. The goal is to have fun and get your creative cogs moving, as well as to hopefully learn something new while making a thing!

1. You may only use assets/IP that you have the legal right to use (royalty-free music, art licensed under Creative Commons, assets made specifically for the jam, etc.)
2. Games and other submissions must abide by our general community rules: no foul language, adult content, politics/hot topics, etc. (basically, if it's a topic that frequently leads to un-nuanced fights on social media, then this isn't the place for it. There are many other places on the internet where you can discuss such matters, but here is not one of them.)

Submissions that do not abide by these rules will be disqualified!

At the end of the jam, everyone will have a week to vote on which submissions they liked the most in the following categories:

Can I work with other people?

• Yes! In fact, we encourage you to work in a group, if you wish! You can work in teams of up to 4 people.

Are there restrictions on game engines or software?

• No! You may build the game however you like (game engines like Godot or Unreal, game making software like RPG Maker, or creating your own thing from scratch are all okay).

Can I use characters / sprites from Shigi's games (i.e. a game about Mr. Saitou or Brandon)?

• No - please make sure that your characters are original and not from copyrighted material.
