LDG GAME JAM 2 (2024 edition)

Wuddup Gamers!! We here at LDG are extremely excited to once again be throwing a SICK GAME JAM. We had so much fun with last year's jam that we just couldn't help but make it an annual thing. But this year - it's in the summatime 🌞😎🍧🌊

Cool, what are the deets?

• The jam runs from July 12, through July 21 - a total of nine days with two weekends.
• The theme for the jam will be announced in a video that will go live right as the jam starts.
• You may work alone or with a team.
• You may use pre-existing (and public use) assets, including art, sound effects, music, and code libraries (controller support for example) but we encourage you to produce as much of the content in your game as possible. Absolutely NO use of generative AI is allowed!! 
  
• All code for your game (excluding libraries) must be written during the jam
  
• Your game must be safe to stream on Twitch (no nudity or explicit sexual content)
  
• Absolutely no hateful or bigoted content, including racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia.
  
• Games will be rated based on three criteria: Enjoyment, Aesthetics, and Creativity.
