In this hackathon, we want you to create something that matches the theme! Whether that be a website, a game, an app, or just anything that people can test. Along the way, we hope you learn new things, communicate with others, and have fun!
The theme will be revealed when the hackathon starts. Submit your website/game/app/project before the deadline. After the deadline, make sure to check out and vote on other people's projects!
Projects will be voted on by both the people who submit and spectators. Projects will be voted on creativity, its aesthetic, how fun it is, how well they fit the theme, and how good it is overall. Judges will also manually choose a project for Judges' Choice.
You can work alone or with others! After all, making something is more fun when you are making it with friends!
No! If this is your first time actually making a project, we encourage you to take the plunge and try it out. It is a great way to learn! If this is your first time, make sure to mention that in your submission, so you can be eligible to win an award as a newbie!
After the final submission deadline, voting will start! Voting is open to the public — However, if you did NOT submit an entry, you will have to vote on 5 random submissions before you can vote on a entry that you want. Participants will be voted on creativity, aesthetics, how fun an entry is, how well the entry fit the theme, and how well it did overall.
