The jam where you make a game for children aged 10+

We are Computers Are Free For Everyone (better known as CAFFE). We are a registered charity in the UK (registration number 1147000).

We teach game design, coding and art to children in Bangladesh. (https://www.caffegame.dev/)

In this jam, we are asking you to make a game for our students to play.

Theme

The theme for the jam is 'Chase'. Interpret this however you want.

The tobla is a popular instrument in Bangladesh. If you're not sure what it is see this video: 

Our students have provided some tobla assets for you to use somewhere in your game.

The tobla could be a hidden easter egg or it could form a central part of your game mechanic. It's up to you but games that include our students assets will get extra credit!

Ranking

This is a non-ranked jam but our students will be playing the games, recording their playthroughs and giving feedback to the game developers.

Rules

• All games must be child friendly. (No gore, graphic imagery etc....)
• Keep your game short around 15-20 minutes playing time
• Games and assets should, for the most part, be created during the jam period.
• Any game engine is welcome.
