Theme:  Shape Science! 

Theme Details: Shapes of all kinds make up countless games. From the simple Pong to the more complex modern games. Explore how you can use shapes as complex or simple as you like to create mechanics or convey ideas. Be creative and interpret the theme as literal (Simple Shapes Doing Science: The Game) to as abstract as you'd like. As long as you can explain how your game relates the theme. 

Welcome to the June Jam!  This Jam is intended for CURRENT STUDENTS AND RECENT ALUMNI only. If this is your first game jam, then welcome! toward the bottom of this page lists off all of the rules for your submission. Generally speaking you are allowed to use any game engine you would like to and you'll want to match the theme as closely as possible once it is revealed. Use the time leading up to the jam start to form up teams with other students/alumni and start brainstorming some general ideas together. Just be careful not to make too much of a plan as you will need to make your game match the theme of the jam.

You're encouraged to be creative and ask questions if you're having a difficult time with something. Use this jam to learn and explore new topics and combine knowledge you've already learned into a finished game. Just be careful to make sure you can complete your game before the submission deadline.

Judging: Contributors and Submitters can vote

Submission Rules:

• Follows the theme in a creative way
• Must be submitted as a packaged game
• Must have a minimum play time of 5 minutes (10 minutes preferred but make it as long as you want!)
• Must be playable all the way through
  • Win and lose condition
• If you use any external assets please provide credit for those in your game's credits
