Welcome to the good old-fashioned ULTRA-VIOLENCE.
The JMAA GAMES ULTRA-VIOLENCE JAM 2020 is a way to showcase the most ultra-violent games of the year, hosted by none other than the Blacklisted Desperado of Entertainment Software and Comedy, JMAA at jmaa.tv.
The rules are simple:
- The theme is: BLOODSPORTS.
- Must be for Windows PC at least
- Must provide a free download
- Can be done with any engine (yes, even Unity)
- You have to develop the game in the time frame of game submissions, that is, in under 7 days or less.
- No trolls/a-logs/etc!
The 4 winners will be decided according to the following criteria:
- Gameplay
- Aesthetics
- Music
- How violent the game is (not only for gore or blood but also themes)
Finally, the 4 winners selected by public voting will be featured at jmaa.tv and granted a prize of $50 each, alongside with an 10% each for total game collection sales revenue every month. They will be sold initially through Gumroad but later on they can be put through platforms like Steam and such.
