The black screen when switching channels on a TV is equally as important as the actual show is. The background noise of your computer fans whirring let you know that it's alive. The small things you don't think about hold up the actual content of what you're doing.

This jam is dedicated to the parts of games that aren't games. I want this to be permission to Just Write and not have to make it gameable.

Make whatever you want, BUT it can't be a mechanic, a random table, a stat block... Nothing that's part of a game. 

Can be: Dream journal, video diary, confession, map of the back of your hand, napkin doodle, puppetry show, poetry, drink list

Can't be: Anything with numbers, rules, rulings, decisions, dedications, plans, plots, schemes, and such silly things.

Take this jam lightly - Don't worry about if your thing fits here perfectly. Put it in.

*Regular rules apply, don't be a fascist, bigot, etc. Be good to eachother.
