This jam is now over. It ran from 2021-10-25 15:00:00 to 2021-11-06 03:00:00.

Join Seattle Humane for our very first game jam! Our jam is focused on celebrating pets and the people who love them through gaming. We are hosting a game jam where anyone of any skill level can create a game around the theme of “pets and the people who love them.” Completed games will be invited to a bundle sale of their game with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Seattle Humane.

All About Game Jam

You can make a video game, music, a piece of art, an original story, or even a table top game – ANYTHING creative!

You can create a game alone or as a team. The only requirement is that the game should use the jam theme. It is preferred that your game can be played in the browser. You can create a game on any game engine (unity, godot, unreal engine, game maker or others) or just write a game in any programming language.  Pixel graphics can be drawn almost anywhere, for example, even in MS Paint.  You can also create a game in any language.

By joining the jam, you are expected to put your game up for sale at a reasonable price at the end of the challenge, with 10% of proceeds going to Seattle Humane to support pets in our community.
