welcome to itsy bitsy jam!

this is a somewhat frequent jam that encourages the use of bitsy (a simple virtual engine for building games seen here) as a way to make fun little interactive stories. after all, isn't it fun just to make something? the small size of bitsy games encourages productivity in a short amount of time, and i'm sure we all love the feeling of finishing a project, so this jam is here to help!

this jam's theme is: rain!

we're getting into the rainier season, so why not use the change as a source of inspiration? make a game in bitsy focused on the theme of rain. how you interpret that it is up to you! you could have a game about a village that runs on rain, a narrative piece on your relationship with rain, or just a one screen graphic about some clouds you made just to see what you could make with bitsy graphically. anything goes!
