The IT231 OS GAMES2026 is a course-based activity where students develop a playable game that demonstrates selected concepts in Operating Systems. Through this activity, students are expected to apply creativity, programming skills, game design, and technical understanding of OS topics such as CPU scheduling, process management, memory management, file management, and input/output systems.
The activity encourages students to transform theoretical Operating System concepts into interactive gameplay mechanics, challenges, simulations, and visual representations.
The IT231 OS GAMES2026 aims to:
1. Develop a playable game that applies Operating System concepts.
2. Demonstrate understanding of CPU scheduling algorithms through gameplay mechanics.
