Welcome to the first (of hopefully many) Bottlecap Rabbit Games' Interactive Fiction Game Jam! This is a game jam open to everyone in the IF community, be you a user of ChoiceScript, Twine, Ink, whatever! So long as you're using an interactive fiction engine or format, you're in! 

There will be no recommended theme for this first jam as I want everyone to have the freedom to do what they like; however, there will be an optional theme below! This is also an unranked jam, so there is no competitive means; this is entirely for fun and for flexing your creativity, as well as practicing writing skills/coding!

RULES:

• Your game must be at least 500 words long. 
• NSFW submissions are welcome, just make sure you put a warning on the game's page somewhere that it's NSFW/18+/17+/etc. 
• Any theme goes! Romance, fantasy, psychological thriller, it's up to YOU to figure out what you want to submit! <3 
• Your entry can start before the game jam begins, but it must be a new project and the majority of its development should fall in the month of June, 2025. 
• Demos are permitted, as are fangames.
• No bigotry or discrimination is allowed, whatsoever. If it is found that your game contains such, it will be removed and you will not be permitted to join future jams. 
• Games featuring incest, minors sexually, and bestiality are not allowed.
• Use of AI is not allowed. 
• If your game has triggering content, PLEASE  put a trigger list in its description!
